Reverend Dale D. Dennis, II

Reverend Dale Dawson Dennis, II is the youngest son of Mrs. Ruth Mackey and Mr. Dale Dennis. Although anointed and called at a young age, it was not until 2001, at the age of 11, that he accepted the call to ministry and vowed to allow God to use him.
On March 30, 2003, at the age of 13, Dale became a licensed minister in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. Rev. Dennis is now an ordained Elder in Full Connection in the CME Church. 


Rev. Dennis is a son of the distinguished Mt. Pisgah CME Church in Baltimore, MD under the leadership of the late Dr. Lynwood H. Leverette. During his time at Mt. Pisgah, Rev. Dennis served as a Youth Minister, Minister of Music, Chief Armor Bearer for Dr. Leverette, and Associate Pastor. In 2013, he was blessed to be appointed as Pastor of the Russell Tabernacle CME Church in Philadelphia, PA by the late Senior Bishop Thomas L. Hoyt, Jr. Pastor Dennis is serving his 3rd year as pastor of Russell Tabernacle “The City of Victory.”

Pastor Dennis previously served on the Music Ministry Staff of Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church under the pastorship of Bishop Reginald L. Kennedy as director/organist of the Victory Choir. He currently serves as the Minister of Music for the New York – Washington Region of the CME Church under the leadership of Bishop James B. Walker and as Musical Director of the
Connectional Young Adult Music Ministry. 


He is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Baltimore City College High School. Pastor Dennis is proud to have received the Certificate of Theology from the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, GA.


Rev. Dennis has been blessed to travel extensively. He has traveled to places including Chicago, Ill., Detroit, MI., Ithaca, NY and Barcelona, Spain ministering not only music, but the word as well. He is a musical student of Dr. W. Patrick Alston who teaches

him piano and organ and Ms. Linda R. Hall, former choral director of City College. Pastor Dennis is also a member of the TRI-M (Modern Music Masters) National Music Honor Society. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Baltimore City College Choir, Inc. He proudly served as the Business Manager and Administrator of recording artist Eric
Waddell & The Abundant Life Singers.


He is the proud father of Miss Kayla Dennis. Rev. Dennis is also the owner and lead designer of 3D Graphics which provides graphic design services for ministries, churches, and businesses across the nation.

Pastor Dennis has been blessed to serve as revivalist, guest preacher, lecturer, and clinician on various platforms throughout the nation. He is committed to serving God and lifting the name of Jesus. It is his mission to allow the Lord to use him to bring a message of life, hope, faith and redemption to a dying world by proclaiming the unadulterated word of God and
ministering through music.
